Are your knees keeping you awake? (Curse that chattering patella...)

Seriously, best wishes for recovery. What's the prognosis?
I'm in Dhaka in Bangladesh working at the moment and currently 5hours ahead hence odd posting time Tussock

I think I need to see someone when I get home as I'm under the impression that I've got what Jamie's got i.e. overuse 'Runner's knee' injury but not certain. I am certain that I've missed a few of my spring faves's Kildwick, Lothersadlae Jack Bloor

Hope you shaken off the PF!

Not fully PF free, but had a trot round the Laycock Gala race this afternoon. The downhill start on tarmac to Goose Eye didn't do the PF any favours...
I'd wondered if you were off on your travels again DT. How long are you away for?

What cleared it in the end? Or was it just a question of waiting long enough?

I've not had it nearly as severely as you, and the pf's much better after a month or so. Even managed a short race yesterday.
But it's not completely cleared, so I've got everything crossed too...

Or, 'jogging on more than one spot', as it's otherwise known.
