    I only just broke 2hrs at Kinder Downfall (10M), so I would be overjoyed to get near 3 hrs on the Trog

    sounds like the tail of the race is shaping up to be more competitive than the front!

    I think I'd be happy with just under the 3hour mark. Hope it's not too hot on the day - not used to running in the heat living oop north!

    I would put you down for 2.30 Jan.
    Last year I did 2.43 compared to 3.30 at Pendle if that gives you some idea.

    Yes but you are well ahead of me at the moment. I think 2.30 is realistic.
