All I got for my birthday so far is some NHS orthotics
Few beers tonight and one of my home made curries for me.
@mt no long runs planned for me at all for my Birthday. Raced 3 times in last 5 days (including Duddon) and all I want to do is sleep. Maybe next year I may do a long lakeland run to celebrate!?!?
