I did a 7.25 mile road run this morning felt a bit tired though. Think a iots due to not running much for the previous 3 weeks or so. Did a few shortish runs last week. Now ran 3 days on the run and feeling much better for it. Good day for marshalling Saints Lad.
yeah it was downing some bulmers pear cider then to the pub afterwards for gammon & egg
