ok i've thought about this for a few weeks and this has just pushed me over the edge.

Confession time, No I've not written any book, but whilst in Scotland a few weeks ago on a hot sunny morning sweat pouring off me in the middle of no where I decided to 'strip right down' It felt strangely invigorating and liberating. ran for an hour over at least one munro in the buff

Surprisingly not, most of the time I was climbing so I wasn't going fast.
