yes dazaroo, well him indoors is on a cycling weekend down south so I thought I would go and do some running

some other bugger has already booked out my dad's boat so i can't stay there

So....the sun isn't shining anymore, in fact it's bl**dy cold today....

But....

1. A new pair of Converse shoes arrived for me today
2. Father's Day on Sunday = a bit of pampering + presents (I hope!)
3. Out tonight for a bite to eat with a friend and see a gig
4. Quiet in the office today

actually sounds quite nice as long weathers ok!

Dying to go for a fell run but only a week and a half to go till IM so don't wanna risk messing my ankle up.
It'd be a rite shame if I was injured and only able to go to the south of france to get drunk and support!

as a rule i walk away when its very hot as i suffer badly , but on an ironman you cannot book the weather , especially in the south of france. You will be okay, and the speed you ride the bike at your sure to get some cool breeze
