as a rule i walk away when its very hot as i suffer badly , but on an ironman you cannot book the weather , especially in the south of france. You will be okay, and the speed you ride the bike at your sure to get some cool breeze

Its not so much the heat as that dosen't bother me too much its the sunburn.

I look like the front of a bloody barbers at the moment with my red and white stripes

And I put cream on

sunburn is bad - you will need to be careful calf - factor 50 for you!
