    I had a gentle run round the course this afternoon posting 42.30ish it was very dry and hard underfoot but at least I'll get a score for running it.

    i didn't know you were even running it until i turned up at the finish line to see you swanning around and looking pleased with yourself.
    I thought the days of finishing behind you were gone
