    they way my feet and calves are today I'll be lucky to keep third, never mind catch AS!

    I'm filling up with compeed and zinc tape and then I'm on my way!

    I plan on tying AS's laces together at the start but ssshhhhhhhhhh

    It'll be interesting to see how many people turn up today. Normally, Tom Tittiman attracts more runners than the Bogs, but with 65mph gusts forecast....??
