....and then sat in a traffic jam for long enough to know I'd never make the race, cried a bit and went for a run all by myself round Ambergate!!

Just back from Sunny Ullapool I 'm having all 3 vests so I can seamlessly mix with any pony troop. Draw the line at sequins though. How's the foot?

Did a few Munro's and assorted smaller hills up near Ullapool, An Teallach, Stac Pollaidh and the like last week. Had intended to do a bit of running as well but drank too much and became too lazy and did nothing. Noticed there is a hill race there next week at their local show so as we're going back I may try and book for that week next year
