Saturday- 3-4 miles easy road run to loosen up my legs
Sunday- Went out with Jodg from Holme Moss to TooleyShaw moor ,Down to Crowden back up PW until we passed the castles, direct up to the two crashed Meteors on Sliddens Moss and on to Tooleyshaw Moss continued past the car to take the B24 bomber crash site in and back to car. Very wet!!
Nice cup of tea at Jodg's on the way back.

Ran up Whernside from the Hill Inn to the Viaduct recently, so under no illusions to how hard that section is. Pen y Ghent will be a long hard grind, being the last, so, all in all, the toughest Cyclocross race in the world, looking forward to hearing Roger Ingham's commentary, he's a reet star, tha knaws

Job offer on Firday meant no sleep that night, too excited and nervous, so Sat. was a wash out. Today did a nice 10, feeling quite strong.

12.5 miles in the Washburn Valley round Fewston and Thruscross Reservoirs. Got an absolute soaking but it was warmish.
