Got the garage sorted out early this morning the inside resembled Beirut. We managed to get the whole house sorted before the estate agent arrived for a valuation on it. Suprisingly found out its worth a fair bit more than we thought providing somone wants to buy it that is?? and once we decide to sell it hopefully soon as the baby is born.
He reckoned house sales have fallen 90% ove the last two months some drop.
Then this afternoon manged to get a 10 mile run in around Pex Hill and Sutton Manor a few tough hills on Sutton Manor and all in glorious sunshine.
Now sat with a nice cuppa. No fancy Cappucinos or the likes here.

Aye it seems to be getting better, still can't put full weight on it but it is feeling more normal! Hope to be running again soon. I feel like it will be back to square one. (Having a generally fat day and feeling sorry for myself though!)
