Absolutely bouncing down here and has been all morning. So much for Summer sunshine mind you we did get a wee bit of it yesterday.

Oh I wish Emmilou...need to run in the pink soon before green or something is in pony fashion! I will be so unfit...even slower than I was before if thats possible!
There is great improvement, but then it's gone very sore again after running yesterday.
Not supposed to be running yet...but it's been nearly two month and I just couldn't help myself!

Yes we need a pink outing SOON! But not until MG is better mmmkay!
And you won't have any problems with being slow as I will ALWAYS be slower I've not quite managed last place in a race yet, but I have been very close and working on it

Oh well maybe we could look for something between 6 and 12 mile ish for September maybe??? What you think? I could tough it out for that distance at the mo but I think it will be next year before I get back to the longer stuff.
