You ladies dont realise just how hard it is for the expecting male
I mean the suffering we go through
At the hospital whilst AJ was in labour I had to literally decide whether id have fish and chips or steak and kidney pie in the hospital restaraunt.
Its bloody hard i tell thee.

No news to report on the baby front other than Tracey says she feels a bit different today - Not sure what that means? Hopefully it may be today if thats the case?
She is sat on the patio having a cuppa at the min in the sunshine. The rain never lasted long this morning. I have just got myself sorted just in case I get myself in a pickle like last time?

As for OHW rising at 10.30 can't remember the last time I was in bed after 7am let alone 10.30am
Pinno i raced a 5miler on fri night. about 60miles on my bike on saturday which was hard in that heat. Then 6 mile hilly run with the dog yesterday.Morning Daz, Morning Emmi,

Any particular fell race in mind before Switerland? Are you off on hols on Sat?
There may be one on tues or thurs local ( Robin Hood monumental or another one so may try for those.

Weather is gorgeous now outside makes a change to have a few nice days together not that its going to last by all accounts.
