Today's Bike Ride

I think 'Can't be arsed to sort the injury' mode is probably about right!

I've re-measured my daily bike ride - it's 2.1 miles each way..... Don't knock it, it's my entire training regime!

So todays cycling has been, 6-40am, 2.1 miles. 4-45pm, 2.1 miles. 8pm, 11 miles.

Will miss the training ride this morning due to having to go to bed . Doing a 12 hour night shift and then going out for an 80+ mile hard ride is not big or clever so I am going to bed. Soon. But I'll have a run this aft instead.

66 miles this morning, 1/2 of it in very wet conditions. Forecast non to sexy for the rest of the week either. Never mind, I'm back to work in the morning and will be off for the schorching weekend to come
