Had a quiet one, did a long run saturday to Parkgate and back, then a 5 mile jog today, some CAD work on Saturday night and then at 2am realised i'd missed a school reunion and plenty of reading today. Back to running next weekend!
Nice area Parkgate, do you run along the Wirral way? done a couple of short runs over the last few days but have to admit to feeling really tired yesterday. Felt better today though.
yeah it was all along the wirral way, ran from Childer Thornton on the back roads until I hit the Wirral Way at Hadlow Road Station, Willaston, then straight through to Neston and then Parkgate along the front, watching all the people eat ice creams then back home,. think it's about 15 miles or so all told.
