Yeah, still at it! Was at a 40th last night though so a bit delicate today...pushing the pedals was a bit harder than usual

off for a trot round sedbergh tomorrow then back on the bike monday although I have my nooo winter hack now and the shimano wheels are SILENT it's really really weird, like riding a stealth bike or something! No one can here me sneaking up behind them now
