Early start to the day here with Harry awake then Olivia then both back to sleep.

A bit like monsoon weather here this morning. Hoping to get a long run in this morning providing the weather eases a bit?

But am now cold and wet and trying to figure out how t dry all my kit for the trip home.....i hate cold wet kit......I get goose bumps

Oh dear calf, well maybe you will be lucky and it will still be binning down when you leave work and so won't matter that your cycling kit is wet

It will dry in no time on the way home in the hot summer sun and warming breeze
