Pinno, why not extend your holidays because you are entitled to one weeks leave for the baby at full pay and an additional weeks leave for the baby at 90% of full pay or £90 which ever is least. This leave must be taken within eight weeks of the babies birth and must be taken in one block.

12 days jollidays to take and the so called summer is running out.
So if I don't get em taken I'll be forced to use them in the winter with 4 hours daylight.

Oh yes and of course I will be working during the day - honest.
Wish I had some leave to use up - week off end of Sept is next, then maybe xmas?
