Southwards bound on the OMM then by the looks of the programme. Revealing we are off past Charnley crag on our little adventures. So my guess is start Borrowdale, camp Langdale.
In the elite with donkarlo for my stupidity and bravado.
Oh and the new kit looks good! New bags, new pouch, new bottle. Liking the new bag a lot so feeling a purchase coming on. Also looks like there are a few other products on the way for a Feb 09 release!

Overnight in Langdale?? - is there anywhere boggy enough for an OMM campsite?? - But maybe Upper Duddon or Esk ... or even Mite!! now that would be feasible, and nice ...

Could be. They had the camp at the Black Sail end of Ennerdale in an early Karimor that Gerry C. organised from Scout Camp near Lamplugh. Memories of Scandinavian ladies seem to come to mind ....
What does a First Aid Kit comprise, as a minimum/slim version?
I see that each PERSON, not PAIR is to carry one.
But, couldn't find any explanation.

Don't skip on't kit....it could be a long cold weekend!
First aid kit is in rules and required kit checklist....minimum of crepe bandage and small wound dressing...
Think the minimum requirement is one crepe bandage and a couple of plasters but I would include some vaseline and ibruprofen in mine and maybe some compeed or zinc oxide tape
First OMM for me this year and AJF and myself are in the elite no. 18 so could be a baptism of fire !
I thought Black Sail. Not sure if there are 2 camps or just one.
