In response to my question of "what's going on?" Beth Angell replied:

Am on the case (well IT are) the e-mails changed recently and it’s some sort of virus in the old system (honestly I’m not sending it out myself every day) they promised me that it was sorted on Monday and again yesterday so will see them again today.

The email was "sent" on 25th June, but the server keeps sending it out.

Why don't they just turn it off if they can't fix it:
