    Butt Cheek

    Yes i have an injury

    It starts in my left butt cheek and ends at the inside of my left knee

    Any ideas
    it hurts

    Could be your hamstring, Daz. Is it sore when you're sitting down?

    I've had a problem with mine since the beginning of the year. Might get round to seeing a physio one of these days.

    Daz if it is causing any trouble then a good physio is where you should go. I had Sciatica in one knee following a long run a few years ago and it turned out it was my lower back where the problem was. Two sessions and lots of stretching and it was sorted.

    Is it worth your time to not to go...?

    All my left side is sore
    I can run on it but it hurts like hell.

    Just driven to London and back and im stiff as a board.
