    Evening Emmi.

We are fine here the little ones are doing well. How are you?

We have had a chaotic few weeks at work because our provision has expanded so much and with an inspection imminent it has meant getting a lot sorted out.

Had a bugger of a night the gas man came to read the meter and told us we have a gas leak within 30 mins the gas board had arrived and had started to dig our drive up and now we have no gas till either tomorrow or Sunday.

oh no that's no good. mind you it's not toooo cold at the minute to warrant the heating on?? Although if like me you have no microwave (I know shocking eh?) it's a problem trying to cook!

I'm fine thanks. Just coming out of a really busy period was a bit sick of 14 hour days and loads of grief but it's calming down now thankfully

Its always chaos the first week or two or in our case the first week or five.

Yes its a good job its not to cold at the minute. We have retreated to the warmest part of the house the loft. Had hoped to race tomorrow at Lanter Pike or Pennington Flash Trail but will not bother seeing the gas people may come, hoping to do the Guilden Sutton 10K Sunday.

    You got anything planned?

No not until November now. I've been injured and have taken things easy since the IM. Start again monday so will see how the pain management is coming along!
