Been doing a bit of running lately and winding up to some sort of fitness, lets hope it reflects in races soon...............enjoying just being in the fells though, last few days with the sun out have been great. Lokkin' forward to Whernside FR next weekend.

Did some sub 6 min road miles the other day - it hurts like hell. Prefer off road where possible although road speed work has helped in the past and contributed to half reasonable results.

Still gas less hoping it gets sorted tomorrow. Thought sod it and went and did the Sutton 6 10K race this morning beautiful day again.
