Feel much better now after a sunny 11 miles on Pendle No more alcohol this week though, got to tune my body up for Saturday!

He's killed me off 2 months of no running then 4 miles last night and 11 oop some th'ills today. Glorious day though, could hardly refuse

I know the feeling! I've just done my first 'proper' run in about 7 months. 9 miles and 1400' of climbing!

Noone like a show off! I went to the park! A short walk was some how very long!
