Today's Bike Ride

20 odd miles on Singlespeed cross bike, started off as a road ride but felt good so went off road through bog, puddle and mud. Really nice weather, sunny, warm, totally different from yesterday. Knee and ribs aching a bit now but glad i made the effort

Errrr not sure about parking merry - I shouldn't say this, daz h will have a field day, but last week I fell off my borrowed bike.... twice.... both times while stationary

So I am a bit nervous about going out on this



good little upgrade for not much money thanks to the little scrotes who nicked my bike last month (still think they are scrotes )

Just don't keep it in the garden! My bikes are all in the dining room.....
Except one that's in one of the spare bedrooms....
