Cant do Langdale ive got to get my injury sorted. 14miles last night and the pain was unreal. Im booked in with H A on tuesday. I hope she isnt too rough.

Wasn't planning on doing. Brent wants to get some miles and bogs in his legs in preparation for OMM but also to look at Tanky's route for his first Trog.Are you trying GeOFfB's route? I think that would be a capital idea
Will go the route I normally do and come back on the Dowstone route, unless we come back down Wildboar which is another option. Infact we may come back from Upper North Grain onto Shelf Moor Trig and across to Bleaklow Head and then down Wildboar.
Good option Ian, better than coming back down Torside and running back on the Longdendale.
