What are your current eating requirements . Anything out the ordinary??

    Hey Daz,

Ready salted crisps and cheese scones are stemming the sickness at the mo. Pretty boring really. Oh and raw sugar snap peas are good! I will be seriously worried if I start craving roast beef dinners! (being a veggie!)

have you tried ginger biscuits MG? You can get stuff from the health food shops etc to help. I suffered bloody awful sickness with my daughter - I can completely empathise but you do have an amazing ability to forget how horrible it was when the baby arrives.

Get lots of rest if you can, your zinc and magnesium levels etc will be dropping if I remember rightly I got some pregnacare stuff from Boots - that helps especially later on. Oh, and raspberry leaf tea - NOT the tablets - if you can get the loose tea I swear by it - you can't take it until the last trimester but drink gallons it works!! i didn't even know I was in labour with the 1st (well any of em actually but the last 2 were sections) anyway 1st one flew out in less than an hour an no pain relief!

I'm sure the advice and words of wisdom will come flooding in but enjoy it as there is nothing that can replicate that 1st time and by the 3rd you can barely remember how it got there in there in the 1st place!

    Banana milkshakes with the 1st

Pints of ICE with the 2nd! used to sit cruching and eating Ice! It was a horrible craving as it was a MUST HAVE thing - mind you cheap and easy eh?!

3rd one it was fresh fruit salad - ate sooooooo much fruit it was unnatural!

Thanks for the advice Emmilou! Tried ginger bickies but they don't help. Will look into the raspberry tea.

    awww Princess
put your little tootsie up and chill out. It will heal soon im sure

    a little poem

there was a young pink princess pony
who got a bit moany and groany
    she hurt her hoof
and found it hard to move

now we know this pony is a feisty gelding
very determined and good at fellrunning
    she will soon be back
    plodding up that track

with a smile on her face
    she will win the race
to fly on the hills once more
once again knocking on fellracing's door

    emmi
our very own princess of pinkness
