Sorry dazza as long as u know that we only nag.... I mean tease you because we love you really being done for 44 in a 40 is a little harsh and yes, it's true, these days i do about 6 miles a year as opposed to this time two years ago where i was doing 400 a week!!

Made a boob this morning.... been out to drop number 2 at a respite group thing he's goes to and got the week wrong had to bring him home again.............he's really not happy, my sneaky trip to the gym whilst he was there has been binned now too
