    Hi One Hill.
Yeah I hope so, it was really starting to get me down. Didn't think I would have been out of exercise for so long!
I know one thing...it's going to be a bloody long hard slog to get back to fitness after this!!!

    Sounds great!
I also love this time of year, but will have to stick to walking as certain body parts are too painful to run with!!!

    Edale Skyline variant with Shaunneto

Started in Hope up Lose Hill and then followed Skyline, Mam Tor, Lords seat, Brown Knoll, Grindsbrook across to RR (not Direct) on to Druids stone and then turn left back up to Trig via Aircraft wreck along to Crookstone Knoll, signed in at the Geocache down to spring, back on skyline route to Win Hill and down to Hope.

Cold northerly wind with occ snow showers.

Total just over 20 miles and 2,750ft in 4hours 40minutes.

    Lovely little run

1 hour up to the quarry and over to Alphin. Drop down to main road in Greenfield and up to Tanners and climb back up to the plantation. Followed Roman Road back to Carrbrook. Just going dark. Lovely views from Alphin.
