Hey DT, I'm much better thanks, yep got to the gym 3 times last week. Tried the treadmill but was too uncomfortable so did bike and cross trainer...with hubby nagging me in the background...'you're heart rates too high...you're getting too hot...etc etc!!! he he he...
How's things with you...enjoying being out in this bloomin cold weather?!!
We are going to the Cotswolds next weekend so will get wrapped up and get a bit of walking done there.

Good to hear you're doing a bit of training. I hate cold weather tbh. Cotswolds sounds good. I'm just sorting couple of day work trip to Porto for a fortnights time

hmmm, not quite so sure about the healed really thanks for asking tablets, hospitals and consultants spring to mind- but we can ignore that minor impediment!!
