Race kit requirements.

What did you have?

I had waterproof jacket, trousers, compass, map, whistle, bit of first aid, gels, sandwich, drink, erm think that was it....and i was wearing my hat and gloves.

What were the kit requirements? The Roaches is a B category race so under FRA rules there is no mandatory kit and any kit required is purely at the discretion of the race organiser.

From the Macclesfield website, i think it said something like general or standard kit requirements apply.
