    Feel a bit battered after yesterdays mishap. Got a thunbs up style bandage around my hand! So just a bit of an easy gym session doing what I could, chatting and drinking coffee.

    Just three shortish road runs from home so far this week - all hilly though

    Tues: 4 miles
    Weds: 4.8 miles
    Tonight: 4.75 miles

    Club fell run from Bull's Head, Tintwistle 7pm.
    Followed the Gravy Pud route but skirted around Lees Hill.
    Good to have Manhar with us.
    Nice meal and real ale by the fire in the pub afterwards.

    Last night's track session, I opted for shorter faster option.

    2 x 500m (90s rec)

    600m, 400m (90s rec)

    700m, 300m (90s rec)

    4 x 200m (45s rec)

    Aye - enjoyed last night Swoop- will have to get some new batteries for the head torch. How is your club mate following his fall ?
