    I am however still stuck with no running because of my ankle

    Yeah, there is hoping... it has been a month now

    Riding the bike at least now, so I can do something outdoors to stop me from climbing the walls... 100k planned for Saturday, another 50k for Sunday and a 2 hour track session at the velodrome on Monday. That should keep me under control

    my heel's not really swollen now, but still hurts, its as though my body is asking for a break, well, it's not bloody getting one for a while
