Yeah, Market Town Taverns is a good chain, though I've not actually been to the Narrowboat yet - they also have Coopers in Guiseley & Arcadia in Headingley among others.

    Last night's after a run:

Both from Bank Top Brewery in Bolton

    Orient Line 4.2%
    Flat Cap 4%

Preferred the Flat Cap, never seen the first one before. Found out that they no longer do the excellent Brydge Bitter (3.8%), no longer able to get the hops. Appears to have been replaced by Bowl Town Bitter (3.8%), i.e. same recipe I presume but different hops.

A good selection down at the http://www.theabbey-inn.co.uk/ tonight - my three pints were:

Pride of Pendle, Southport Brewery Sandgrounder Bitter and Oldershaw Brewery (Grantham) Caskade. Thats enough for a 'school night'.
