Last night's after a run:
Both from Bank Top Brewery in Bolton
Orient Line 4.2%
Flat Cap 4%
Preferred the Flat Cap, never seen the first one before. Found out that they no longer do the excellent Brydge Bitter (3.8%), no longer able to get the hops. Appears to have been replaced by Bowl Town Bitter (3.8%), i.e. same recipe I presume but different hops.
Robinson's Old Tom (yes already!!)
Bank Top - Nectar. 1 1/2 pints of Flat Cap for me earlier this evening.

Tom Wood's Jolly Ploughman for me tonight.
No work or running tomorrow so I can have as many as I like!
Mcewans champ and durhams benedictus, better stop there or no run in the morning, bought from beer ritz in headingley, a grown ups sweet shop!
Visited that frequently last week in Keswick - wish we had a Booths near us!...used to go there alot til I discovered Booths beer selection
A good selection down at the http://www.theabbey-inn.co.uk/ tonight - my three pints were:
Pride of Pendle, Southport Brewery Sandgrounder Bitter and Oldershaw Brewery (Grantham) Caskade. Thats enough for a 'school night'.
