Also, when im out on my big and i have a big hill climb, my right knee feels like it is on fire? Any ideas why that happens?

yep 5 hrs but spent most of that dreaming about a stunning woman layed out before me clothed in the best lingerie available on the planet and after that all i can say is it didnt involve counting sheep.
