Just back from a 7 mile off road run, to help the man flu obviously.

Legs also shredded blood all over the place and got caught on some wire sticking out of a stile post, gashed my thigh and ripped my new shorts Bloody big hole in them now - not a happy bunny.

Great run though - got very muddy and need to go and thaw out the feet that I should be able to feel at the bottom of my legs

God i think something is wrong with me!!!

Because ive finished for crimbo already, im now working with my dad during the day.
Today we where ripping out a kitchen to put a new one in (but the silly people didn’t order their kitchen so we cant fit it).
But, where the aga used to be there was a huge concrete block. So my dad started smashing it up, he was using this mini pneumatic drill thingy (Its proper name is a Rotary Hammer Drill). And this thing is bloody loud, you cant hear anything else whilst that going - I sat down for a minute whilst he was using it, and fell asleep. I though falling asleep in lectures was quite normal, but whilst theres a serious racket going on - thats not normal!

Im afraid its already made its way onto the car window - it even caught the attention of the hotel owner where we stayed at this weekend - He told me i was a bloody idiot and because of "you lot", "all that mess up in borrowdale cost the country bloody thousands"

yeah that'll be it - why didn't I think of that - maybe because it really IS man flu and every brain cell in my body has shut down apart from the one that makes me think I'm really really ill and can barely move and need chicken soup
