In the heavy training phase at the moment, doing reps of 4 pints per hour with a fartlek of a cheeky little red , til exhaustion/ passing out. Going to do a bit of gyrating so I'm well warmed up for the loft. Sewn the sequins on to my mankini. See you there DT

Sorry everyone but I'm now not coming. My daughter goes to America in a few days time for 5 months and she wants to go for a run with me instead. She even offered to come along to Braithwaite but I resisted the potential naffness of introducing her to a bunch of my 'virtual' running friends .
