Hoping to be okay for the dales run although never done 19 miles before. A fair bit of running planned over the next week including Ribble 10k Sunday.
Should be a good event this year. Max of 1500 runners and closed roads I believe. Nice and scenic for a road run. Have a good one and enjoy.
