    I highly recommended this relay, I've taken part every year since it started and enjoyed it every time, the organisation is superb.

    Never mind the relay, the best bits the booze up in the Jolly Sailor after.

    Today i was confirmed to be running for the harriers this year in the mixed team. Ive been given leg 2.
    I know its the furthest - it hard?

    Ha, so should ido it running backwards, hopping on one leg with my arms tied behind my bike to make it as hard as the roadies will find it?
