Radcliffe I think have 2 teams out. I am doing the last leg with the lovely uphill to the quarry.

Today i was confirmed to be running for the harriers this year in the mixed team. Ive been given leg 2.
I know its the furthest - it hard?

And on the witton front - i asked whether leg 2 was hard. He said not for us fell runners.
So i said something along the lines of i should tie my hands behind my back and hop on one leg to make it harder.
