    Uh, didn't make it to ALS. My alarm went off, so I threw it away and slept for another 4 hours. Otherwise I'd have kicked your ass. Probably.


    We'll see about the MTL. Fortunately I'm not on the same leg, so I've already got the moral victory!

    Looks like its me and you on Leg 1 than fatboy....pity we wont get chance to show Al and his lady partner a clean pair of hooves after all

    Join the club George - I havent got much clue about the relays, how to run them and all the jargon. Ive never even met the woman im running with, where the race is, how im getting there.

    All i know is im running for preston harriers, with a lady called Karen Nash and its 12.5 miles - Oh and Emmi is passing on what ever we pass to me, and them im passing what ever it is onto PACMAN.

    Ive been a few times Al....its the moving cars and runners to the right place at the right time that i have to stay out of....my brain is not a logical organ

    Is it a mountainous (is that even a word) course or is it more of a muddy track run?
