Cheers Mr C, when I get around to logistics and decision making (sounds like Master not!) I will confirm bed or no bed. The mole is Chris J, not a forumite , prolific racer though he is up and down the country every weekend with pony vest on, he was a member my other club. His motor must have 200,000 miles on and its only two years old!!!!!!!!!

Most of these relay posts are beyond my understanding Karlos...so long as i know where to meet and Pudgy goes to the right place we should be ok....

Join the club George - I havent got much clue about the relays, how to run them and all the jargon. Ive never even met the woman im running with, where the race is, how im getting there.

All i know is im running for preston harriers, with a lady called Karen Nash and its 12.5 miles - Oh and Emmi is passing on what ever we pass to me, and them im passing what ever it is onto PACMAN.

Ive been a few times Al....its the moving cars and runners to the right place at the right time that i have to stay out of....my brain is not a logical organ
