How did the run go NB? Tell all? Dont stop because you feel a little stiff, or you will just get stiff next time. The first month or two will be the hardest!

    Skenn I hurt!

Oh no i am not giving up, i enjoyed it, looking forward to Tuesday morning, going for another run with Andy and yes its all small steps, nothing huge at the moment, more walking fast, then running, so its i guess in beginners terms, 2 mins fast walk, 1 min run, well i think its more like half a minute, but he said it was a minute, but i am sure it was more like an hour!

We did that for about 20 mins, and then we did exercises for the legs and bum, and back etc etc...

So, although its nothing big, i had loads of energy afterwards, until...

My ribcage started hurting, then my kneecaps, and the rest well just achy where i guess i didn't relax, and the funny part is Andy was chatting and making jokes all the way through running, and i was trying to remember to breathe, inbetween laughs!

I was scared because i didnt want anyone to beep at me, and shout remarks about my BUM!

    But no one did...

Plan to do my cardio exercise vid tonight, and tomorrow, and maybe go to my friends Sunday, and walk run there...

    Pint coming up...SS

Tonight its Pink Pint night for the ladies, which means they're free for the ladies!!! free for men in drag too!...your best outfits get free beer...

Hurrah! Good for you Nirvana Bliss! Have several pints to congratulate yourself
I'll have my free drinks too please.
I deserve it - no day off since Boxing Day, 41 miles so far this year and climbed like a cretin at the wall tonight

What does everyone have planned for the weekend?

Well done on the 41 miles this year, thats a good record already...

Why are you climbing a wall, don't you have a ladder? smirks!

Staffordshire Cross Country champs for me tomorrow. I'm trying to stay off the beer to give myself a half decent chance of running half decently.

Knowing what i know about you Al, you will do the race!!!

Even after a long day, and being knackered you will go ahead and do it, so just take your time at first, don't overdo it at the beginning, so you do not get any injuries, okay? have a good weekend!
