Hello Stu, yes i am abit sore in places i didn't knew existed, but i did enjoy the run, i felt like i was in abit of a bubble, afterwards, i was full of energy and wanted to go for another run/walk, but now, it hurts LOL! but i am going again Sunday on my own, eeeks, and then Tuesday with Andy.
