Evening Saints,

Still out of action was gonna go and take photos of the XC at Runcorn Town Park today but decided against as it was pouring down here and didn't want the camera getting kackered.

My half mara next week has gone out the window wth this injury - but never mind will go and photograph it as well as Ashurt Beacon Race on Saturday.

You planning on doing the Northern XC at Sherdley Park on 24 Jan? does it involve your club?

Should be good run out White Holme next week for you. Yeah this injury is doing my head in now hoping to get back running about Wednesday fingers crossed.

Should be good run out White Holme next week for you. Yeah this injury is doing my head in now hoping to get back running about Wednesday fingers crossed.
