Personally I think windproof is much more important than waterproof, but it still needs to be a reasonable shell. If I had any spare I'd lend them you, but I haven't, so I won't

Yep, did Ashurst Beacon today, throughly enjoyed it, and am presently indulging in pre race training with a cheeky little red. See you all tomorrow
Weathers battering the house here - hopefull it should get most of it out of its system for tomorrow.

I fancy tagging onto someone tomorrow. Pudgy, merry, anybody.....if i dont want my company tell me to bugger off.

I doubt you could walk slowly enough to stay with me! Have confidence in yourself, and go for it. Or put it another way, bugger off!!!

Stick with me if you want Al or bugger off when you feel like it
My sister's been walking up there today and nearly got blown off her feet, her Jack Russell looked like it'd been on the Red Bull, it was flying at one point

Left turn Clyde! Yeah, you'll be fine on the day and raring to go, but you're welcome to jog slowly round with me if you want. Somehow I think you'll disappear off soon enough

I was sad to hear you hurt your heel, infact i almost threw up thinking of the pain, but its also a way of your body saying "Heal me" so instead of thinking its one of the three wonders of the world, think of it as you HAVE to get your knee sorted out.

People on here are not nagging at you, they care, they know what an injury can do if ignored, and your only a young man, you need to get it better soon!

    Cheers Merry.
I shall decide once we are set on our way. I will hopefully be able to run at my pace, but i think my legs are going to die towards the end as i havent been training. So if you start to catch me up at any time, give me a shout so i know its you.
