Yeah, be told Fowler! Even if your map skills are a little suspect, you can follow a rough bearing to safety if the ordure really hit the fan. Similiarly if you had to wait for Mountain Rescue you'll get cold very quickly (think of when we stood around for 5 minutes at XOTF) then think what you'd want to be wearing. Personally I think windproof is much more important than waterproof, but it still needs to be a reasonable shell. If I had any spare I'd lend them you, but I haven't, so I won't
