    Hahaha i work on the 9th floor! for goodness sake, but you are right, i should be at least going down them...

    I did try last week to go up, and got to the 4th floor and my knees locked!

    You could try interval training, two floors by legs two by lift and so on. then you could take lift down when you reach the top and start again, now that would be something, that weird woman may even start laughing.
    So what do you think, are you going to take your running shoes to work tomorrow
    If i worked on the 9th floor its the type of thing i would do , but i am a mentalist, but not the only one on this thread who would do it!!!!!!! Isn't that right ML DJ Master Amex the list goes on!!!

    I automatically run up stairs - even at home. Just can't help myself!

    I think the running up would be better than the running down, cos, when i go down the stairs i end up with vertigo!

    Funny but when I'm running up things I always think there is always too "vertigo"

    Arrh but i have Hyperacusis, which is a damage to my inner ear, so looking down affects the balance on an occasion...best for me to look ahead...

    That might make things err interesting when you get to the stage of running on the fells!
