    but you're not the 1 running at 8.30!!! you have approximately 1hr .50 before you need to worry about that!

    I wonder if Des Gibbons will be doing this relay, he runs for the Pennine team doesn't he, well i am definately going!

    Do you all need me to wear my pink pony vest so you'll know its me, or maybe carry a nirvana dvd with a bandana?

    I keep an eye out for you, the other one will have to stay in otherwise I'll get lost on leg 3. Maybe best to wear a silly hat or something eh.

    Pink Pony vest should do it - can't imagine there'll be many of those knocking about for you to be confused with

    which leg/legs are you thinking of supporting?

    It looks like its going to be a little too small just now, fits, but to close for comfort, so i shall be holding my pink vest!!! haha, look for the fat girl who isn't running! easy to find me then eh!

    On last leg now for our B team following some dropouts, squad juggling and late call-ups.
    Hopefully a top 10 again for the A team.

    Looking forward to it.

    Get the Northern XC out of the way tomorrow, then I think a recce of leg 5 on Sunday.
    Hope the weather holds up OK.
