Isn't it strange how one word, in this case "LIFT" can change the whole direction of a thread, I blame NB (not Nee Bother this time) for not running up those stairs in the first place!!!!!!

Oy! i ran up to the 3rd, had an almost seizure, got in the lift, 2 stops, got back on the stairs, got to the 7th floor, and my shins are blumming killing me, the pain down the front of the shins are just not funny! SO LIFT!!! is a good way to travel, but tomorrow i plan to leave the bus and the car at bay, and i am going to walk to and from work...

But stairs to 9th floors, are just to steep! for now!

Thanks for sending me the pink vest, your carrot cake will be waiting for you next time you race and its close for me to visit!!!

And i also went out for a run/walk/run/skip this evening...

    Relay

*** PBR NEWS *** PBR NEWS *** PBR NEWS *** PBR NEWS ***

Hope Team 42 are all fit and healthy...?

We now have a "mystery reserve" in case anybody else wusses out

I assume we're not all meeting in a single location prior to the start?
(for instance, I don't fancy fetching up in Rawtenstall for 8:30am, since my Leg 5 won't start for hours)
so... am I best sending everybody their numbers by post?

I'll send everybody an email tonight, in case this message gets lost in the general detritus on here...
